We took delivery of our new Burstner Lyseo motorhome in May 2018. Every detail of the purchase has been a joy. Superb care to detail and a very thorough handover. Inevitably I forget big chunks of the info, but we are getting there. No issues with our van and we are loving every minute of our new venture. We ordered our chausson Flash 716 back in October at the motorhome show we we greeted by Brad who is lovely he talked through everything with us as we are first timers, Brad has been in contact with us since then with updates for us on the van until we picked her up last Thursday. Emmbee is a great modern company with really friendly people. They made the purchase of a new motorhome very easy and joined in with our excitement sending us updates and pics ! For the past 8 months we have been searching all the dealers for our perfect motorhome. We have even visited the NEC show twice and the show at Manchester to find a motorhome that matched our needs and to find a dealer that we felt would be there for us if we had a problem we needed fixing in the future.

I have been brought up in a family that have bought many motorhomes. I can without hesitation say that buying our motorhome from emm bee has been amongst the best if not the best purchasing experience I have had. The sales team were very helpful and went to great lengths to make sure we had a great deal and felt comfortable every step of the way.

We bought a new burstner 744 and after returning from a 5 day trip in Scotland we are really happy with our purchase and the way we have been taken care of by emm bee . 10/10

Very hospitable and welcoming staff. Despite the fact that they must have hundreds 
of customers pass through their doors they always remember us.
The check was done in good time and was very thorough. It is a long way for us to travel from Mid Wales to Bury but it is well worth the journey for the excellent service that we receive.It`s also worth it for the trip to Bury market!!!
We would certainly recommend this company to anyone thinking about buying or changing their motor home.

Since we first met the team at EmmBee, we have been thoroughly impressed with their friendly & professional approach – No high pressure tactics that we’d experienced at other motorhome dealers but good discussion on what we wanted & well informed about products – Proper sales skills.

What is equally impressive is the after sales – Previous experience with dealerships can leave you feeling like the care has gone, once you’ve bought the product but at EmmBee the experience continues to be top-notch. Earlier this week was my most recent & impressive experience, when I took the van in for its 3rd service. In the run up to this, I had highlighted a couple of snags on the van. In advance of my booking, I received call backs & emails from both customer services & technical staff, to ensure they were clear on the likely issues, meaning they could order the right parts & plan how to rectify issues for me in 1 visit that was combined with the service. This was really impressive because my usual expectation of motor dealerships would be numerous return visits to assess, order parts, which is really inconvenient). Customer services co-ordinated all of this & kept me updated, without chasing them once. I felt 100% confident that things would be sorted & how much it’d cost. One working day before my booking, I received a really thorough reminder from customer services, informing me of arrival time, how to prepare the van & an offer of a car service back to the nearest town (Bury). On arrival at EmmBee, I was met with a friendly welcome from all the sales & customer service staff (asking about family & where we’ve been in the van). There’s an outdoor “garden/waiting area”, which I took advantage of in the great weather & I was brought tea/biscuits, while I relaxed!!! All work was carried out as agreed and before leaving, the excellent customer services ladies (apparently I can’t mention names on here but you know who you are) ran through all work that had been carried out. They took me through some additional advisories that the technicians had observed & have already followed up to plan the booking for a 3 month follow-up. 

I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with everyone in every role at EmmBee – Professional, thorough & friendly. I’ve got high standards for customer service / sales skills & they meet them all consistently. Thank you EmmBee

We are writing this in our Harmony 745 from the Alps, at the top of Col de Madelaine overlooking Mount Blanc – in a top quality Motorhome.
EmmBee paid attention to what we wanted to do with our MotorHome (unlike others) and work with us to select the right one.

It arrived on time and the team did an excellent job on the handover. 

EmmBee were confident in their product and so far we have had zero issues.
